Yes. We ship internationally via NZ Post International, DHL Express and FedEx. All deliveries are insured.

Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking details.

 Yes, we offer click & collect. Simply select the pick up option at checkout and you will be notified once the order is ready to collect from our studio in Titirangi, Auckland.

To make sure your order arrives before Christmas, please order by 9 December for the United States, 15 December for Australia, and 21 December within New Zealand.

 A simple dust will keep your pieces looking delicious on the wall. If for any reason your artwork is marked, we recommend:

Glass (unsugared): Wipe gently with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water.

Porcelain (unsugared): Clean with a melamine foam sponge (often sold as a 'magic eraser' for wall marks, widely available at hardware stores).

 No - all pieces are made from high-quality casting crystal and fine porcelain, both of which are UV-stable and won't discolour or fade in direct sunlight.
