Tracked & insured with DHL, 2-4 days. Once an order crosses $1k (after any discounts/vouchers), Australian customs adds a whole extra layer of processing - duties, GST, and related charges that can run 30–40% on top. That's not us marking anything up, it's genuinely what gets charged on the way in.

You've got two ways to handle it: split your order into separate purchases where possible (today, and again whenever suits) and each one ships free under the threshold as normal. Or order it all in one go, and we'll add a flat $250 AUD to help cover import duties & taxes. We'll absorb the rest ourselves rather than pass on the full hit.

US orders shipping to the United States are charged in USD.

All orders to the US include free, tracked, insured shipping with DHL. We cover duties & taxes so there are no hidden border fees.

Orders are sent via. DHL Express Courier (est. delivery 4-7 working days).

Orders shipping outside New Zealand, Australia and the United States are charged in USD.
