EXCHANGES
To exchange your order for another piece, simply email studio@simonlewiswards.com with your request and the studio will share next steps.
REFUNDS
We have a 45-day returns policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your piece to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number / proof of purchase.
To return, contact us at studio@simonlewiswards.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received back at the studio in its original condition, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. It can take 1-3 days for the refund to clear in the receiver's bank account.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your piece upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
